From Houston Hobby International Airport- Take I-45 South to exit 32 for Sam Houston Tollway E. Merge onto Sam Houston Tollway North and take the exit toward Genoa-Red Bluff Rd. Turn right onto Genoa Red Bluff Road, followed by another right onto Red Bluff Road. Turn left onto Bay Area Blvd, right onto Port Rd and left onto Sunrise Drive. Sunrise Drive turns right and becomes Samouth—proceed to Bayport Cruise Terminal.
From Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport- Take the Texas 8 Beltway East ramp on the left to US-59 East. Merge on to TX-8 Beltway East. Take the exit onto US-59 South toward Houston. Take the I-610 East exit and merge onto I-610 East. Take exit 30B and merge onto TX-225 East toward Pasadena. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Texas 146 South and merge onto TX-146 South. Take the Port Rd exit and turn left onto Port Road. Turn left onto Sunrise Drive. Sunrise Drive turns right and becomes Samouth—proceed to Bayport Cruise Terminal
